Tactical Sailing - Coach's Toolbox
In Coach's Toolbox more than 30 tips have been developed for hands-on training on the water. With the help of these - as often repeatable - simulations, the coach can already show in advance what to practice on the water and which training goal to be achieved. The Coach's Toolbox deals with tactical features, e.g. in dealing with "Long Leg and Short Leg", which can be presented in several special variants. An importend topic: Whether to sail first the "Long Leg or Short Leg". That can be, but, ... only with a wind shift, then this advantage comes true".
Eda Yavuz, TUR 1204, wins the first race
Eda Yavuz, TUR 1204, wins the first race of the BIC Techno Europeans in Lorient France! 63 girls under the age of 17 are racing here in the very challenging conditions of the coast of Bretagne: strong current and ocean swell. Proud of you Eda; first time a Turkish youth windsurfer wins a race at an European Championship as far as I know.
