The photos of any individual on this website are uploaded in connection to reports of sporting events, ie regattas or award ceremonies, as well as the activities of sailors in a Class organisation or sailing club. All the people appear here have given Tactical Sailing permission to publish their photos on this website. Equally, any people appearing on group photos or in the background of photos from sporting events that they attended or participated in. This declaration of data protection applies to all data collected by Media Digital Page GbR (abbr. MeDiPa) or product related websites e.g. Tactical Sailing and services which display these terms, as well as its offline product support services.

3. Collection of Data
You can request additional information about the products offered (option) using a contact form or e-mail address. By using the contact form you will be asked to provide us with an e-mail address, name and a message about your question. In order to access some MeDiPa services, you will be asked to sign in with an e-mail address and password. We collect additional information about your interaction with MeDiPa sites and services without identifying you as an individual.
When you log in to the Tactical Sailors Lounge, you will be asked to sign in with an email address, name and password. The future member of the lounge receives a confirmation email after entering the email address, which contains an activation link. Only when this has been confirmed by clicking, the express consent to contact production by e-mail is granted and the access to further information enabled (double opt-in procedure).
MeDiPa websites use "cookies" to enable you to sign in to our services and to help personalize your online experience. We obtain some standard technical data by registering the license key: e.g. browser, browser type and language, operating system, IP-address, MAC-address and Java version number.
We offer links to Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc., in order – enable us - to display and offer you content and functions of the social platforms on our website, thereby improving our offer of information in such a way that makes it more interesting. We merely create a "link" to the social platforms.
MeDiPa collects and uses your personal information to operate and improve its sites and services. We use webhosting services from:

Some MeDiPa services may send periodic member letters that are considered part of the service.
